What we collect

Account data (name, email, role), gym operational data you input (members, memberships, payments, check-ins), and usage telemetry required to operate the service. We do not sell your data.

How your data is isolated

Each gym's data is stored with row-level security keyed to your tenant. Staff at other gyms cannot see your data under any circumstance.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Database backups are encrypted.

Retention

Active account data is retained while the account is live. On cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support. Where regional law grants additional rights (GDPR in the EU, equivalent laws in KSA and Egypt), we honor them.
