Terms of Service

The service

InGym provides multi-tenant gym management software including member records, membership tracking, a QR check-in portal, and payment ledger. Features may evolve; material changes will be communicated in-app.

Your account

You are responsible for account security, actions taken by your staff, and the accuracy of data you input about members. Do not share credentials across individuals.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store illegal content, harass members, or violate the privacy of individuals. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel any time from account settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by local law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, except where regional consumer law provides additional protections.
